On the day of your clean, we will walk through the property before starting. If we find that additional time is required, we will let you know and discuss any price adjustment before proceeding.

If you choose to continue at the original estimate despite the extra time required, we will do our best within that timeframe; however, we cannot promise the same level of detail and high-quality finish we provide when the appropriate time and investment are allocated.
